• My Role Description

​

- Worked at SportMaster ( Russian Sportswear Enterprise ) as a Creative Sports Apparel and Graphic Designer.
- Designed Adults (Men and Women) & Kids Global football ( Soccer ) Team Sports Apparel products.
( Match wear, Training wear, Casual wear and Base layer such as Compression wear ) for Demix (Russian sportswear brand)
- Leaded the Team Sportswear Design Department.
- Created a Design concept, Mood board and Color Palettes for each design direction story and cut swatches, Pantone reference and share with the wider team.
- Proceed to make Concept and Apparel Design Developments.
- Worked closely together with a Brand Manager , a Marketer and also with a Category Manager In order to make a seasonal product range plan and have the right Team Sports Apparel products in the Market of Russia and Europe.
- Actively contributed amazing design ideas, Research fashion trends, color trends, technical fabrics & materials, etc.
- Proactively supported the Design Head through working accurately, effectively and efficiently.
- Designed to Cost like Designing Apparel products not to over the Fixed FOB and limited Budget in the different product levels like Good, Better, Best. ( Good is the lowest price product, Better is mid price, Best is the highest price product)
- Uploaded Technical sketches (Tech packs) as well as Colored Sketches and organized designs into Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and prepared Team Sportswear Capsule overviews for Internal and external key meetings.
- Produced Accurate Design and Tech packs (Flat Sketches / CAD).
- Selected trims, materials, fabrics which need for apparel collection. Plus, Developed them when it is necessary and Selected Color of them.
- Factory apparel 1st and 2nd samples Q/C (Quality Check and Quality Confirm)
- Made Internal & External comments into PLM for the 1st and 2nd garment samples from the foreign factories.
- Garment tech fit management. Working collaboratively with the company technical innovation team. taking clear note where required and action any design amendments.
- Participated in Line Review meeting and Garment Fitting Session and discussed with the enterprise's wider Cross-Functional teams about issues and correct them.
- Worked together with Cross-Functional Teams such as R&D Team for developing new Functional Fabrics with Fabric suppliers in the worldwide, Production Team to find right Garment suppliers and saving the garment production costs, Fabric & Material Team to have efficient fabric and trims for the collection, Tech Innovation Team (Garment Technologists & Pattern Makers) for having the right garment fit and finishing, Color Team to find out any color issues like fabric dyeing, printing, graphic designs color and color fastness issues.
- Made Apparel Graphic Designs. ( AOP & Placement Graphics )
- Checked Quality of AOP (All Over Print) Graphics and Placement Logo Graphics strike-offs and made comments in PLM system.
- Made 3D Design visual presentations for Professional and Amateur Football Team Apparels with CLO 3D program.
